Inhibition of PGD2-induced Ca2+ mobilization in CRTH2 transfectants by various receptor antagonists
Various concentrations of test compounds were added to rat, human, or mouse CRTH2 transfectants before exposure of cells to PGD2 (10 nM). Where calculable, data are expressed as mean values ± S.D. (nanomolar) from three independent determinations.
