Pharmacodynamic profile of cocaine and methylphendiate analogs in rodent brain tissue

DAT and 5-HTT binding affinity data for cocaine, PTT, and HD-23 have been published previously (Bennett et al., 1995). Data for MP, MP analogs, and HD-60 were collected under similar conditions and obtained via personal communication with S. R. Childers. All numbers represent mean values of three to six separate determinations. The S.E.M. was less than 10% in all cases.
