Experiment II: Fatty acid composition of thoracic brown adipose tissue obtained from darglitazone treated female rats
Rats were treated daily by oral gavage at 50 mg/kg/day for either 1 month (darglitazone-treated) or 1 month followed by a reversal period of 1 month (darglitazone-treated reversal) before assessment of fatty acid content. Values shown are the relative percentages of total fatty acids expressed as means ± S.D. (n = 6).
