Adduct values represent the means ± S.D. of three independent experiments and are expressed as RAL × 108. 3-OH-BP treatment of cells, DNA isolation, and 32P-postlabeling were carried out as described under Materials and Methods. The limit of detection, expressed as RAL × 108, was 0.02.
