Phages were selected as described under Materials and Methods. Peptide sequences were determined by translation of DNA sequencing results from single-stranded phage templates. Inhibition constants (IC50) were generated by displacement studies performed using 10 μg of MA-10 mitochondrial proteins and either 2.5 nM [3H]PK 11195 or [3H]Ro5-4864.
