Near confluent primary keratinocytes were treated for 24 h with either medium + vehicle (0.1% DMSO) (control) or 100 ng/ml NGF, 1 μM Gö6976, or both. Cells were then analyzed for [3H]thymidine incorporation into DNA and transglutaminase activity as described under Materials and Methods.
