Viability was measured using the MTT assay, and IC50 values were calculated by nonlinear regression as described underExperimental Procedures. Values presented are the mean ± S.D. (n = 3–6). Statistical comparisons were made for each time course as well as for the same time point for both drug treatments within each cell line. Within each cell line and time course, the IC50 values with different superscripts are significantly different (p < 0.05).
