Kd and Bmax values of wild-type and C-terminal His-tagged TPα expressed in HEK293 cells

The HEK293 cell membranes (100 μg) stably transfected with the wild-type and C-terminal His-tagged TPα were incubated with various concentrations of [3H]SQ29,548. The nonspecific binding was determined in the presence of 1 μM unlabeled SQ29,548. TheKd and Bmax values were determined by Scatchard Plot using GraphPad software. A representative table of two qualitatively similar results was shown.
