Each compound was administered orally at a volume of 3 ml/kg to fasted ferrets. One ferret was administered only one compound. Data are expressed as the identity numbers of ferrets showing emesis at 0 to 0.5 and 0.5 to 8 h and the incidence (%) of emesis. The letters (e.g., a, b, and c, etc.) show the identity numbers of the respective ferrets.
