The contents of total CYP, b5, and cytochrome c reductase and the activities for various CYP isoforms were determined according methods described earlier (Pearce et al., 1996).

  • 1-a  Measured in nmol/mg of protein.

  • 1-b  Measured in nmol/mg of protein/min.

  • 1-c  All of these CYP-dependent activities are measured in pmol/mg of protein/min.
