HL-60 (1 × 106 cells/ml), ECV304 (1 × 106 cells/25-cm2 culture dish), or HL-60/ECV304 coculture in the above described conditions were pretreated with AF-2 (100 μM) 30 min before LPS (1 μg/ml) stimulation for 4 h. Adhesion molecule expression was measured as described underMaterials and Methods. Values are mean ± S.E.M. of six determinations from two experiments.
