HL-60 (1 × 106 cells/ml), ECV304 (1 × 106 cells/25-cm2 culture dish), or HL-60/ECV304 coculture in the above-described conditions were incubated with LPS (1 μg/ml). Adhesion molecule expression was measured as described underMaterials and Methods. Values are mean ± S.E.M. of six determinations from two experiments.
