Cells were treated with 0.1 μM MEN 10755 or DXR for 24 h, then stimulated for 3 h with Fas-L alone (100 ng/ml) or in combination with the anti-Fas ZB4 antibody (2 μg/ml). Values are the mean of three independent experiments and Fas-L effects with and without ZB4 were statistically compared versus untreated, DXR- or MEN 10755-treated cells.
