Effect of FR167653 on the activities of various protein kinases

After purified kinases were preincubated with 10 μM FR167653 or vehicle (control) for 3 min, kinase reactions were initiated by adding myelin basic protein and [γ-32P]ATP. Five minutes later, the reactions were terminated, and the radioactivity incorporated into the protein substrate was determined. Data are presented as means ± S.E. (n = 4).
