Groups of 8 to 13 mice received BP 2-94 (1 μmol/kg p.o.) 1 h before capsaicin and/or ciproxifan (37 μmol/kg p.o.) 2 h before capsaicin. In B, the effects of repeated treatments with BP 2-94 (1 μmol/kg p.o., b.i.d.) or saline for 3 days before the test were investigated.
