CHOpIRES and CHOhOAT cells were treated with various concentrations of NSAIDs. After 5 days, 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide cytotoxicity assay was performed, and the 50% cytotoxic concentration values were determined. The data represent a mean of triplicates from a representative experiment.
