A total of nine neurons were examined at each dose. At the dose of 640 μg/kg, one of nine neurons being recorded was lost as were two of nine neurons at the 1280-μg/kg dose, i.e., an action potential for a DA neuron could no longer be detected. SB-277011-A was given i.v. in a cumulative fashion.
