Radioligand binding assays were performed using P2 fractions of membrane from each cell line. GRP-R-Hi and GRP-R-Med are BALB 3T3 cells expressing different receptor numbers (Tsuda et al., 1997).Bmax values were calculated using PRISM (GraphPad) program by analyzing homologous displacement curves using125I-BN or 125I-ME as the radioligand. Data shown are means ± S.E. from three independent experiments.
