Substrates were incubated at a concentration of 1.4 mM in presence of 0.5 mM KMB and rat (0.3 mg/ml) or human (3.0–5.3 mg/ml) dialyzed kidney cytosol for 5 (rat) or 20 (human) min at 37°C. Results are presented as mean ± S.D. for three preparations.
