Mice were innoculated with RSV (105 PFU) or PBS (sham). The mice were administered vehicle, rolipram, or Ro-20-1724 for 6 days, twice a day. On day 7, BALF was obtained and cytokine levels assayed.

  • 1-150P < .05 compared to sham-infected group. There were no differences between vehicle-treated groups and PDE4 inhibitor-treated groups (n = 6–12).
