↵2-a Enzyme activity is expressed in nanomoles per 107 cells per minute. Data represent mean ± S.D. of 15 measurements performed at weekly intervals for three consecutive weeks. Measurements were performed on the same cells growing in liquid culture with 1 mg/ml G418 (+G418) and after ∼6 weeks of culture in the absence of G418 (−G418).
