Male BALB/c mice were pretreated 30 min with various doses of SB 239063 or vehicle (0.5% Tragacanth). After a 30-min pretreatment time, LPS, 25 μg/mouse was administered i.p. Two hours later, heparinized blood was collected, and the plasma was analyzed for TNF-α levels by ELISA. Data are shown as the mean ± S.E.; n = 5–6.
