Concentration of competitors ranged from 3.16 × 10−5 to 1 × 10−11 M and were constructed by half-log dilutions. Angiotensinogen 3–11(Lys11) best fit a two-site binding model (r2 = 1.000 ± 0.0001; P < .0005). The percentage of the total bound receptor is recorded next to each site.
