V0 is organ volume of distribution of 125I-rat IgG2B. Data for all organs were obtained at 60 min after i.v. injection of the isotope solution. Vd of each mAb was determined from the ratio of total organ radioactivity (counts per minute per gram) divided by TCA-precipitable plasma radioactivity (counts per minute per microliter).
