Six livers were used for each group.

  • 1-150  A Student-Newman-Keuls test indicated that the intermediate group differs significantly (P < .001) from young and old, but young and old do not differ from each other.

  • 1-160  A Student-Newman-Keuls test indicated that all three groups differ from each other (P < .05).
