Contractile activity of isolated myometrial strips were measured in the presence or the absence of increasing doses of either RP 73401 or rolipram. Calculated potency (pD2) values were obtained with the Inplot computer software. Data are given as the means ± S.E. for n myometrial strips isolated from different nonpregnant or pregnant women.
