Total liver microsomal CYP contents and activities of PROD, EROD, and MROD were determined in vehicle- and BBT-treated animals exposed to room air or hyperoxia. All values represent means ± S.E. of samples from four individual animals. Statistical analyses were performed by two-way ANOVA, followed by modified t tests. Total CYP contents and activities of PROD, EROD, and MROD did not differ significantly among any of the groups.
