Test drugs CT-3 and indomethacin were administered in a suspension containing 25% DMSO and 0.25% MC solution. Drugs were administered for 5 days.

  • 6-a CT-3 at the highest tested dose of 30 mg/kg/day did not induce any ulcerations, adhesions, or deaths in the rats.
