125I-labeled BSA (37 pmol/mouse), [35S]AVP4-9 (2.6 pmol/mouse), or 125I-labeled C-AVP4-9 (8.0 pmol/mouse) was administered i.v. into mice whose renal vessels were ligated. The cerebra were obtained at 30 min after the injection and separated into parenchyma and capillary fractions by the capillary depletion technique. Each value represents the mean ± S.E. of three or four mice.
