  • Saturation binding of 125I-CYP to Swiss 3T3 cell membranes was performed as previously described (Nakada et al., 1990). Specific binding was established using an excess of pindolol (5 μM). Cells were treated with oligonucleotides (200 nM) and membranes were prepared 72 hr after treatment as described.Kd (pM) and Bmax (fmol/mg) values were determined using GraphPad Prism (version 2.01) program. One-way analysis of variance showed that the effects of the oligonucleotides were not different from nonoligonucleotide-treated cells.
