  • Values were calculated as the net fractional 3H outflow above basal levels from the application of the stimulus (see fig. 3), and were expressed as means ± S.E. for the number of experiments set in parentheses. Veratridine 20 nmol/ml evoked a 3H outflow of 0.47 ± 0.22 (n = 4) in mouse uterine horns preparations.
