Platelet aggregation (light transmittance aggregometry) was induced by adding the various agonists to PRP obtained from human blood in citrate tubes.

  • 2-150  TEAC: thrombin (0.001 I.U./ml), epinephrine (100 μM), ADP (100 μM) and collagen (20 μg/ml).

  • 2-160  Thrombin at 0.5 IU/ml. Data represent mean ± S.E.M.,n = 3 for each individual agonist.
