Effect of NS1619 on cumulative concentration-response curves evoked by ACh in guinea pig trachea

The pD2 values and the maximal contraction to ACh (10 mM) for six independent observations were compared before and after the addition of NS1619 or vehicle control by Student’s paired ttest. For none of the comparisons did the difference between groups attain statistical significance.
