Data are expressed as mean ± S.E. of three rats. Measurements were 120 min after injection. The Vo values used for calculation of PS products are: brain (10 μl/g), heart (150 μl/g), lung (225 μl/g), liver (119 μl/g) and kidney (131 μl/g), as reported previously (Pardridge et al, 1994a).
