Number refers to the number of animals observed showing the sign over the number of animals receiving that dose of compound. Effects on other measures were not observed. These measures as stated in “Methods,” included righting reflex, corneal reflex, placing reflex, myotatic reflex, loss of grip, exploratory loss, alterations in muscle tone, ptosis, catatonia, salivation, lacrimation, excitement, convulsion and mortality.
