Data represent mean displacement of specific [3H]flunitrazepam binding to mouse brain cortical synaptosomes expressed as a percentage of control binding within each assay. n represents the number of individual assays performed, each in triplicate. Control values were calculated as follows: total specific binding values (pmol/mg) from all assays were averaged and total specific binding values (pmol/mg) from each individual assay were expressed as a percentage of the total mean.
