↵5-a LM cells were incubated with different doses of125I-huTNFα (8 × 10−12 M to 6 × 10−10 M) in the absence or presence of corresponding, 100-fold higher doses of unlabeled huTNFα or with 125I-huTNFα in the presence of ITF1779 or ITF1493. Cell-bound radioactivity was measured, and Scatchard plot analyses were performed with the aid of the EBDA program as described in “Materials and Methods.”
