Parameters based on the curve-fitting procedure were the distribution space ratio, γrel, k12 andk21, the influx and efflux rate coefficients, respectively, and the transfer constants between the cellular and deep pool compartments, k23 and k32; PinS is the influx permeability-surface area product for BSPGSH (see table 1 for definitions).
