Parameters based on the curve-fitting procedure were the distribution space ratio, γ_rel, k₁₂ andk₂₁, the influx and efflux rate coefficients, respectively, and the transfer constants between the cellular and deep pool compartments, k₂₃ and k₃₂; P_inS is the influx permeability-surface area product for BSPGSH (see table 1 for definitions).
