[3H]Methotrexate (100 nM, 28.5 kBq/ml) and [14C]indomethacin (35 μM, 5.7 kBq/ml) accumulations from the basolateral side (1 ml, pH 7.4) were measured for 5 min at 37°C. Unlabeled incubation medium without drugs was added to the apical side (0.5 ml, pH 7.4). The accumulations are expressed as uptake clearance.
