[3H]PAH (0.2 μCi) and [14C]inulin (1.5 nCi) dissolved in 0.5 μl ECF buffer were injected intracerebrally for 1 sec into normal male rats. Rats were decapitated 2, 5 and 20 min after administration. In this experiment, the detection limits were 0.050% ([3H]PAH) and 2.9% ([14C]inulin) of the administered dose.
