Uptake of [14C]azasetron (4 μM) was measured at 37°C for 50 min in the presence or absence of cyclosporin A. ATP-depleted means the uptake of [14C]azasetron by cells that were ATP-depleted by treatment with NaF, NaN3 and 3-o-MG. Each datum represents the mean ± S.E. of three to six experiments.
