  • 1-a The complete system contained 1.2 mM phenylethylamine1, 0.4 mM NADP+, 0.4 mM glucose-6-phosphate, 1 IU of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, 1.2 mM DETAPAC and 0.57 mg of adult human liver microsomes in potassium phosphate buffer, pH 8.0. The incubation time was 10 min at 37°C.
