The reaction mixture, containing 30 pmol human P450 and 300 μM acetaldehyde in a final volume of 100 μl of 0.1 M Tris-acetate buffer, pH 7.2, was incubated for 15 min at 37°C in the absence or presence of 10 mM NADPH.
