Hyperalgesic responses to (+)TAN-67 given i.t. in mice

Groups of mice were injected i.t. with (+)TAN-67 or saline and the behavioral responses were observed immediately after the injection for 20 min. The positive response was defined as animals that exhibited more than 10 scratchings or 5 bitings in 20 min. The values represent the number of animals which showed positive response per the number of animals used.
