Incidence of urination, defecation, and emesis after single subcutaneous injection of LMN-NKA (3–300 μg/kg)

Values are the number of observations from three to 16 dogs per group from studies 2, 5, and 6. Equal numbers of male and female dogs were examined and the data were pooled since no difference between sexes was apparent. Animals were observed for 30–60 minutes after dosing.
