Drug-induced cytotoxicity in nonsteatotic and steatotic HepaRG cells

Cytotoxicity was assessed by measuring cellular ATP levels and IC50 and IC10 values were subsequently calculated. Results are mean ± S.E.M. for four independent cultures. Statistical analysis was performed with a t test. Cmax values are from Porceddu et al. (2012).
