Blood chemistries and tissue weights in wild-type normal C57Bl/6 mice following ISIS 486178 administration

Four mice per group were treated with 12.5 or 25 mg/kg body weight twice a week for 6 weeks. Values are expressed as means ± standard errors of means. There was no significant difference between PBS and ASO treatments on the blood chemistries and tissues weights using one-way analysis of variance, followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison tests.
