Evaluation of tracer function in different organs
Total and nonspecific tracer concentrations (Ccontrol and Cnonspec, respectively) measured in lung, liver, spleen, kidney, and brain. The Cnonspec value is measured in animals pretreated intravenously with dexamethasone (20 mg/kg, n = 5) and the Ccontrol value is obtained from drug naïve control animals (n = 5).
