ΔC_T values of hH₄R expression on mRNA level in various cells

Quantitative real-time PCR was conducted to assess hH₄R expression on the mRNA level. Data were calculated as ΔC_T values normalized to the housekeeping genes ACTB and GUSB. Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. from three independent experiments (three different individuals in case of monocytes) performed in duplicate. Statistical significance was calculated using one-way analysis of variance followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison test. Significance was calculated compared with HEK293T cells.
