The peptides’ potency and efficacy of inhibition of α1 and α2 overexpressor cells’ adhesion
The values of IC50 and efficacy were calculated from the adhesion-log peptide concentration curves, considering the zero effect in the absence of the peptide and maximal inhibitory effect at the peptide concentration on which a plateau was measured.
